1. Provide "one-stop" service of company registration and modification;

2. Pprovide relief to rent office space for the registered companies;

3. Tax preference is not lower than the Jiading District and other science and Technology Park in Shanghai. A certain proportion of tax paid could be return by  incubator center as a reward;

4. Give subsidies to the cost of broadband use, if the internet company meets the requirements;

5. Give companies support for the R&D and innovation of products with Chinese Academy of Sciences resources;

6. Give the equity investment to the projects, which comply with the standards of investment;

7. Provide a variety ways and platform of financing for the registered companies;

8. Assist enterprises to apply for the Ministry of science and technology funds, Shanghai City SME Technology Innovation Fund and other government financial support;

9.  Assist enterprises for high-tech enterprises authentication and high-tech achievement transformation project authentication.
