      1.Industrial Vision Laboratory Incubator Center

      Experts predict that in the coming 20-50 years, almost all kinds of products will be checked by the machine vision system. Machine vision is to use machines to replace the human eyes to do the measurement and inspection, with advantages of accuracy, repeats , high speed, and the results of objective,high-efficiency.

      

      Machine vision can solve the problem:

      

      (1), Two-dimensional code, bar code recognition

      

      On the one hand, machine vision technology provides the most stable and reliable code reading performance in a variety of environments .On the other hand, each work station can automatically detect bar codes, and submit to the ERP system, instead of a manual scan.

      

      (2), the size measurement

      

      Machine vision technology can be used for the following measurements: a circle inside and outside diameter measurement, workpiece length, width, high measurement,measurement of the size of the hardware, connector pin spacing, flatness detection.Compared to manual measurement, machine vision measurement will be more accurate, faster and can accomplish online detection of all products,instead of the traditional sampling.

      

      (3), defect detection

      

      Machine vision technology can find products bubbles, stains, foreign objects, paint specifications and defects, including defects and further ensure product quality. Moreover, machine vision can also be real-time monitoring of printed matter quality.

      

      (4), product positioning and existence detection

      Machine vision technology can locate the product or installation location, and passed the  location to robots,who will be guided to work. It also can easily detect the existence of parts assemblage and products package.

      

      2.CAE Laboratory (Computer Aided Engineering Laboratory)

      CAE are widely used in the manufacturing,industrial design calculation methods and application services. CAE supplies technologies, methods and calculation software for solving multi-scale, multi-domain large-scale computational problems in the field of engineering and scientific computing. CAE is committed to the application and promotion of the depth of the simulation and high performance computing to support industrial design technology in order to cultivate and improve the enterprise's products predict capability, enhance the value-added products, and promote enterprise restructuring and industrial upgrading, and turn "Made in China "to" Created in China ".

      CAE lab is equipped with domestic first-class supercomputer and graphics workstation. The lab has a complete CAE software. The team members are composed of professionals from various fields.The team players have a wealth of applications and research experience, including computational mathematics, mechanics and electronics, computational electro magnetics, fluid mechanics, vehicle engineering, engineering thermal physics, computer software and materials processing disciplines.

      

      CAE laboratory with simulation capabilities in the field of structural, thermal, noise,electromagnetic, fluid, optical, has served for nearly 400 enterprises and  trained engineers more than 2,000 , and covered appliances, equipment manufacturing, automotive, LED and power electronics industries.The Lab at the annual meeting of the Sixth National CAE, won the "2010 China CAE areas of Outstanding Contribution Award".

      

      3.Advanced Automotive System Architecture Laboratory.

      Laboratory is under the Chinese Academy of Sciences electric vehicle R & D Center, relying on the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Jiading Advanced Technology Innovation&Business Incubator. Laboratory is mainly engaged in vehicle layout design, dynamic performance matching the design, the design and optimization of key components, body design,chassis dynamics design and optimization and automotive electronics research and development. The Lab leaded to participate in one of the major projects of the CAS Knowledge Innovation Project of the "carbon fiber electric car project", which successfully developed the first carbon fiber composite electric vehicle, at the same time, researched and developed pure electric vehicles, motor-driven wheels. Instead of the traditional centralized electric drive transmission technology research and development of a new generation of lightweight electric vehicles.

      Laboratories have advanced vehicle performance of the LMS noise and vibration modal testing and other testing equipment so that vehicles, body, assembly, parts of dynamic and static performance testing and evaluation can be undertaken.It helps to effectively improve the automotive products R & D quality and provide an effective test to ensure.

      Regional characteristics Jiading Automobile Town and the Yangtze River Delta region of the vehicle and parts industry concentration, the laboratory efforts to establish a research experiment base to provide services for the automotive research and development and for improving the region's automotive R & D capabilities.

      

      4.Joint Laboratory of the Division Chen Feng of new materials.

      Currently, in the manufacture of wind turbine blades flied in China, the main raw material(modified epoxy infusion resin) is more than 90% monopolized by foreign manufacturers. Domestic development and production of this raw material is still in the initial small-scale application stage. In 2010, new wind power installed capacity reached 16 million kilowatts, and forecasts to 2020, China's wind power capacity will reach 248 million kilowatts. There is a huge potential market in wind turbine blades raw materials.

      The Chen Feng new materials laboratory will use the advantages of advanced laboratory system, sophisticated materials analysis ability and high-end professional and technical personnel to target for the trial and error. Eventually, the lab will effort to develop under the optimal cost, high-quality, high-performance blade resin products to achieve a domestic alternative.

      

      5.Self-controlled cloud computing Joint Laboratory

      The lab was jointly established by the incubator and Longxin Technology Co., Ltd. Laboratory uses Longxin equipment and carries out researches of applications and infrastructure basing on the localization of cloud computing data center in order to provide SMEs with independently controllable cloud platform, data center applications. The lab is also committed to personnel training from cultivation technology of cloud-based talents to creative talents.Later, the Lab can take on the state, provincial or municipal issues and industrial projects.
