"Startup Business Plan Competition 2013” is one of entrepreneurial activities in Shanghai to support the overseas Chinese to return home with their business plan. The competition is organized by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and other institutions. Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Jiading advanced technology innovation & business incubatoris going to host a large entrepreneurship and innovation platform.
　  The competition will be officially launched in April 2013, the race is divided into: contest entry, the first instance, mentoring, assessment of the semi-finals, the final five stages. The contest invites investment institutions, business mentor, and other well-known industry experts, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists to constitute a judging committee.The contest will be full supervised, guided, assessed by the committee to ensure that the contest fair and impartial.
　  Competition Awards: first, second and third prize,each one is three winners. First prize projects will receive venture capital of 5 million yuan; second prize projects will receive venture capital of 3 million yuan; third prize projects will receive venture capital of 1 million yuan.
To participate in the semi-finals of the project will be free at the end of August 2013 in Jiading, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Expo "exhibition.
　  This competition will be a wisdom bridge,which contacts overseas Chinese, overseas students, the majority of overseas Chinese with the motherland more closely. Through a combination of technology, talent and capital, helping overseas Chinese, return and to contribute to the development and progress of the motherland with their innovation and entrepreneurship.
